The Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you thirty days after receiving your item to request a return.

EU Residents: In accordance with statutory rights, customers in the European Union have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return an order for any reason.

Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original heritage packaging (cotton tote bags).
  • • Proof: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your request.

The Artisan Touch: A Note on Craftsmanship

Please inspect your order upon reception. Because our products are handmade using traditional GI-tagged block printing and hand-tagai (quilting), minor variations in print and color are natural characteristics of the artisan process. These are not considered defects, but rather the unique "human signature" of your piece.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact: Reach out to our concierge team at care@theindigofable.com.
  2. Label & Shipping: As a sustainable brand minimizing carbon footprint, we do not provide pre-paid return labels. The customer is responsible for purchasing a shipping label and ensuring the package reaches us safely. We recommend using a trackable service.

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • • Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
  • • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Exchanges

To ensure you get the exact item you want (and before it sells out), we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
