At The Indigo Fable, every piece is handcrafted with care in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We ship across India with trusted logistics partners to ensure your textiles arrive safely.
Delivery Timeframes
- Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote & Northeast India: 7–10 business days
Dispatch & Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your order in real time.
Shipping Charges
Free standard shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value required.
Express delivery is available at checkout for ₹250, with delivery in 1–3 business days for metro cities.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across India. Here’s how it works:
- Select “Cash on Delivery” as your payment method at checkout.
- You may receive a verification call or OTP to confirm your order.
- Pay the full order amount in cash to the delivery executive upon receiving your package.
- Please keep the exact change ready for a smooth delivery experience.
Note: COD orders that are repeatedly refused may result in COD being disabled for the account.
